Ready Rooms Referral Partner Agreement - Summary of Key Terms
1. No Compensation. Ready Rooms does not pay referral fees, commissions, or any other compensation. Participation is entirely voluntary and unpaid. No income or earnings are promised or implied.
2. Independent Relationship. You are an independent third party, not an employee, agent, or representative of Ready Rooms. You have no authority to make commitments on behalf of Ready Rooms.
3. Honest Representation. You agree not to misrepresent Ready Rooms' services, promise guaranteed placements to clients, or charge clients any fee in connection with referrals to Ready Rooms.
4. Client Consent. You confirm that clients you refer have consented to the referral, and that you are legally authorized to share their information with Ready Rooms.
5. Data Privacy. You agree to comply with all applicable privacy laws (including HIPAA if applicable to your profession) when submitting client information. You will not submit information about anyone under age 18.
6. Brand Use. You may identify yourself as a Ready Rooms Referral Partner. You may not use the Ready Rooms name or logo in marketing materials, social media accounts, or press releases without prior written approval.
7. No Placement Guarantee. Ready Rooms does not guarantee that any referred individual will be accepted, placed, or receive any specific housing outcome. Ready Rooms retains full discretion over all placement decisions.
8. Termination. Either party may end this partnership at any time. Ready Rooms may deactivate your link immediately if you violate this Agreement or engage in conduct that harms Ready Rooms or its clients.
9. Limitation of Liability. Ready Rooms' maximum liability to you under any circumstances is $100. Ready Rooms is not liable for lost income, harm to reputation, or outcomes for referred clients.
10. Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold Ready Rooms harmless from any claims arising from your misrepresentation of our services, unauthorized data submissions, or breach of this Agreement.
11. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by Texas law. Disputes are resolved in Harris County, Texas courts. You waive the right to a jury trial.
12. Electronic Signature. Checking the box below is a legally binding electronic signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. Your name, email, IP address, and timestamp are recorded as evidence of acceptance.
