Ready Rooms places veterans, people in recovery, reentry populations, and individuals experiencing homelessness into safe, structured housing. Join our team and make that mission your work.
Open roles
Work directly with clients to identify appropriate housing, coordinate intake, and follow up through move-in. Part-time and contract available.
Manage incoming referrals from case managers, hospitals, and social workers. Screen clients, match to available providers, and track placements.
Build and maintain relationships with housing providers across Texas. Onboard new partners, monitor placement performance, and expand our network.
Contact hospitals, social service agencies, and nonprofits to introduce Ready Rooms and establish referral partnerships.
Assist with move-in coordination, benefits paperwork, transportation logistics, and follow-up calls for recently placed clients.
Help with data entry, case file organization, outreach materials, and CRM management. Great for students in social work, public health, or business.
