Notify Ready Rooms when the resident successfully moves in. We handle the rest.
A success-based placement coordination fee is collected only after verified move-in - never before.
Provider plans
Both plans include a free 30-day trial - no charge for 30 days. Cancel anytime before then and you owe nothing.
Approval required. Submitting this form is an application - not an automatic enrollment. Ready Rooms reviews every provider before granting network access. If your application is not approved, your trial will not activate and you will not be charged.

Success-based pricing
Ready Rooms charges a success-based placement coordination fee collected only after a resident successfully moves into your property - never before. There is no charge for receiving referrals, no charge for touring prospective residents, and no charge if a placement does not work out.
Placement fees help cover the cost of intake screening, case coordination, and wraparound services - and support Ready Rooms' nonprofit mission of expanding housing access for veterans, individuals in recovery, reentry populations, people experiencing homelessness, and other underserved communities.

For professional providers
Preferred status is earned by Professional providers who consistently deliver excellent referral follow-up and resident experiences. It is reviewed monthly by our team - and once earned, your placement fee drops to 25%.
We do not just reward providers for filling beds. We reward providers for helping residents successfully move in, stay housed, and receive respectful support.
How it works in practice: Our team tracks referral response time, move-in confirmation rate, resident retention, and feedback from referral partners each month. Professional providers who consistently meet our performance standards are awarded Preferred status and notified by email. Status is reviewed monthly - and can be earned back if it lapses.
